Billionaire and His Scheming Beauty

Chapter 49: Don't Play Coy with Me

Chapter 49: Don't Play Coy with Me

When Olivier finished his shower, Fleur was already in a black nightgown, sitting on his bed with a

pillow in her arms, giving a gentle and quiet demeanour at first glance.

Olivier went straight past her to the balcony and lit a cigarette. He felt the woman's soft weight leaning

into his back two minutes later.

He flicked away some ash, glancing down at the bandaged hand wrapped around his waist. The

exposed skin was deathly pale.

Olivier did not say a word.

Still hugging him, Fleur shifted around so she was against his chest, clinging onto him as if she were

boneless and could only rely on Olivier's body for support.

"Bathe me, please." She said quietly.

"If you can't bathe yourself then don't. Go sleep on the sofa."

"I was injured because of you." Fleur raised her neck so her chin rested against his chest. "I want to

sleep in your bed with you."

The night already brought a seductive wave. Now with Fleur clinging against him with her skin bare

beneath the thin strap of her gown, it added even more seduction to the air.

Olivier lowered his head, eyes deep whirlpools of emotion. "Don't play coy with me."

Fleur's lips closed and then loosened with a wet pop. Olivier's brows furrowed.

"Go take a bath, otherwise don't even think of coming into bed. Find a way to wash yourself, I won't."

He grabbed onto her waist intending to push her away, but realised how soft and delicate she felt, just

clad in her thin sleepwear. It felt as if he could break her with the lightest touch.

Fleur smiled brightly at him, deliberately pressing into his palm. "Olivier."

Olivier did not respond, only gazed at her steadily.

"One day I'll make it so you'll want only me."

No expression flitted across Olivier's face. He murmured after a few seconds: "Just like you want only

me right now?"

"That's right."

"So before that happens, can you at least not get me irritated at you?"

"..."

"I don't like using force against women, nor do I like to loose my temper."

In other words, if it was not for his upbringing, she would have been long gone, far far away from him

with not a single chance to come close.

Well then.

Fleur pursed her lips and loosened her arms from his body, reluctantly moving away. "Meanie," She

mumbled, then went back into the bathroom.

By the time Olivier raised his hand, the cigarette had already burnt his finger. It had already burnt out

when Fleur came to annoy him.

He tossed the cigarette butt into the trash can, his finger stinging.

He gazed at the city in the distance, lights like stars against the night sky. His expression hardened,

deep and thoughtful, hard to decipher.

"One day I'll make it so you'll want only me."

......

Fleur's hand was no longer bandaged after she came out from the shower. The injuries on her hands

had only gotten more inflamed after coming into contact with water, especially the cut on her finger.

Olivier was sitting on the bed scrolling through his phone. Fleur sat down beside him, giving him her

hand. "Help me."

Her hands were beautiful, fingers slender and well-proportioned, nails rounded, skin delicate. You could

instantly tell she had never did a rough day's work in her life.

How could there only have been her and her sister if that was so? Did her sister do all the housework?

Olivier's glanced at her, eyes imperceptible. "You'll annoy me to death if I don't help you, won't you?"

"No I won't. I'll only keep on whining cause of the pain. Even if I don't get any sleep, I still won't disturb

you from your sleep."

Olivier snorted. As if he believed her!

He placed his phone down and bandaged her hand again.

...

"Put it away."

Fleur tucked the medicine kit back onto the shelf and got into the bed, diving under the quilt. To be

exact, she dove straight into Olivier's arms.

Seeing that he did not object, Fleur snuggled close to him and pulled the quilt up over their heads.

Their shared breaths warmed the space.

There was nearly no distance between them. They did not need to be kissing to feel a deep sense of

desire and romance.

"Olivier," Fleur said, her gauze-wrapped hand cupping his face. "You're an old virgin who only just had

a taste of women. Shouldn't you be obsessed with it?"

At such a close distance, Fleur's eyes shone bright as pearls in the dark, unmasked by the night.

Her soft body was pressed against his. Olivier took her hand away from his face and pinched her

cheeks with two fingers, making her mouth open into an O.

"That isn't the only place a man can find satisfaction from, understand?" His deep voice warned.

...

Well that was a good a hint as any.

"Stay away from me and go to sleep, or I'll find a way to be satisfied even without having s*x with you."

He released his grasp. Fleur stared at him momentarily then laid her head against his shoulder, feeling

his heartbeat underneath the muscle.

"Oli..."

"Be quiet." She was immediately interrupted.

"...Don't even think of anywhere else besides there. My mouth is only for eating food."

Olivier tilted his head, eyes dark as they gazed at her. He looked as if he wanted to choke her.

Fleur smiled sweetly. "Let's get some rest. Will you at least hold me?"

In the middle of the night, Fleur was shocked awake by a bright light. Her bleary eyes found Olivier's

phone on the nightstand and saw a text from Virginie.

"Olivier, are you asleep? I can't sleep."

It was three o'clock in the morning.

Fleur deleted the text message, put the phone down, and went back to sleep. She could not feel

anyone beneath her, so she turned around... and saw Olivier all across the bed. The bed was so big,

there was at least space of five people between them.

Fleur glared at him then clambered over to pull at his arm. Olivier woke up as if from a dream and said

sharply with an icy gaze, "What?!"

"Hold me." She really was cold, with half her body exposed to the night air previously. Fleur grabbed

his arm and placed it on her waist.

Olivier's breathed harshly, tugging at her hair, and in the process her closer, after a moment. "You're

never going to stop, are you!"

Such a tug had her skin-close with him, as if they were holding one another closer.

...If only Olivier did it willingly.

......

This was the first night she was sleeping in the same bed with Olivier. At least, their bodies were very

close, if they were not holding one another to sleep.

Olivier's arm was numb when he woke up in the morning.

Fleur was sleeping soundly against his arm. Perhaps because of their shared warmth, her face was as Còntens bel0ngs to Nô(v)elDr/a/ma.Org

red as if she were blushing, giving off a more heart-racing effect than usual.

As if a just-blossomed cherry blossom, enticingly delicate.

Fleur's arms and legs were hooked around his body. Not exactly an attractive posture.

He withdrew his numb arm, causing one of her shoulder straps to slip down, revealing tender white

skin.

Just like that, heat rushed and swelled in Olivier.

The man instantly went for the bathroom, dosing himself in ice cold water.
