Chapter 1732 I'll Dream About You
Chapter 1732 I'll Dream About You
Yasmeen had just leaped up the wall when the alarm sounded. The piercing sound was particularly
loud at night.
"Crap!"
Yasmeen jumped straight down and immediately took cover.
Michele ran out quickly with her gun and checked the equipment. She didn't find anyone suspicious,
but the alarm was still going off. She didn't think it was the wind blowing.
She squinted for a moment and was a little chagrined that there was no internet here and she had no
way to watch the surveillance.
Yasmeen was a little depressed when she saw Michele.
It was this woman again!
Had she been born to be at odds with this woman?
How else could they always confront each other?
Yasmeen thought glumly, but Michele had already turned and walked in and said something to the
people outside. And only then did Yasmeen realize that there were bodyguards all around.
Lucas was under house arrest!
Yasmeen suddenly had a hard time.
They had put Lucas under house arrest?
She was suddenly furious. But Yasmeen was not a fool. She would only cause Lucas trouble if she
went in now.
It seemed that she had been right in guessing that Lucas did not have his mobile phone on him.
How could she get in touch with Lucas?
Yasmeen was worried.
Now her boyfriend was right in front of her, but she couldn't see him. It was really hard to feel that way.
Suddenly, she remembered something and smiled.
Yasmeen glanced at the open window on the first floor and guessed which room Lucas would be
staying in. She quickly went home, found a piece of paper, drew a picture of a girl wrapped around a
tall, cold boy, and folded it into a paper plane. Then she ran out and threw it towards the window where
she guessed Lucas was.
The paper plane fell down before it could enter the window.
Yasmeen pulled a long face.
How could it be so difficult to deliver a message?
She suddenly thought of something and drew a picture again, then put something on the paper, folded
it again into a paper plane, and threw it.
This time, the paper plane flew into the window.
Lucas's eyes narrowed slightly as he quickly got up and walked over. He froze slightly at the sight of
the paper plane, then glanced down and saw Yasmeen standing below making a face at him.
He suddenly burst into laughter.
He picked up the paper plane and opened it to look at it. The little girl inside was pouting and upset,
while the little boy was disdainful of the little girl, even a little bored.
Was this a drawing of him and Yasmeen?
Lucas hastily took out a paper and redrew it, then threw it out in the same way.
Yasmeen received the paper plane and opened it. On it a boy was embracing a girl, looking
affectionate. Next to it were three words.
“I miss you!”
Instantly, Yasmeen's face beamed with joy.
"I missed you too!"
She didn't make a sound but just spoke to Lucas with her mouth agape.
Lucas could see clearly.
In the moonlight, Yasmeen's eyes shone brightly, as if they were stars in the sky, and the depression in
Lucas's heart was swept away, and the corners of his lips lifted involuntarily.
"Why don't you go?"
"You're here, and I'm not going anywhere."
Yasmeen and Lucas exchanged words in silence.
Lucas's figure was slender in the light, and his good-looking eyes were increasingly tinged with a hint of
seduction.
Yasmeen even had the urge to rush up to him and hug him tightly, regardless of the situation.
At this moment, she just felt that Lucas was alone.
Lucas had thought of many things to say but gave up after seeing Yasmeen's words.
He had never felt that he could dissuade Yasmeen. Otherwise, she wouldn't have been with him since
she was a child.
Forget it.
She could stay if she wanted to, and he would protect her.
Lucas suddenly blew Yasmeen an air kiss and Yasmeen was confused.
Crap!
She was dreaming, right?
That man who was always aloof and unapproachable, would actually blow her an air kiss?
Looking at Yasmeen's dumbfounded look, Lucas finally smiled, and his white teeth made Yasmeen
dizzy.
"Go back to bed. Girls can't stay up late. I'll be missing you in my dreams."
With that, Lucas closed the window and drew the curtains, while his handsome face was flushed.
How could he have done something so childish?
But why did he feel kind of happy?
Lucas took some pleasure in this strange emotion and lay straight down on the big bed. And all he
could think about was Yasmeen's radiant eyes and brilliant smile.
There was a knock on the door from outside and Lucas slowly stopped smiling. He found that he could
actually hear a little bit of sound. There was still a buzzing sound, but there was really a sound.
He didn't say anything and Michele just pushed the door open and walked in.
She knew Lucas was temporarily deaf and she was only knocking out of courtesy. She couldn't help but
blush when she saw Lucas lying on the big bed.
"Lucas."
Lucas got up quickly, squared his clothes, and sat properly, but was a little annoyed.
Even if he was deaf, he still didn't like it when she came in and out of his room at will like this without
his permission.
Michele sensed Lucas's dislike, noticed that she was doing something wrong, and quickly whispered,
"Sorry Lucas, I was thinking you couldn't hear me for now. I ... am sorry." Content © NôvelDrama.Org 2024.
"Is there something wrong?"
Lucas didn't reprimand her. But the more he did this, the more upset Michele felt.
If it had been Yasmeen, would he have had the same attitude?
Aware of her thoughts, Michele despised herself a little. How could she be like this?
Now even she despised herself.
Michele took a deep breath and said, "The alarm went off earlier. There might have been a break-in. I
came over just to remind you to be alert for the rest of the night."
"Okay, thanks."
Lucas nodded indifferently.
Michele wanted to say something else but there was nothing more to say. She could only exit Lucas's
room.
The corners of her lips curled up in self-mockery.
Even she felt unfamiliar to herself as she had changed.
Where had the old, straightforward Michele gone?
Could love really change a woman completely?
Michele took a deep breath, then lifted her feet and went back to her room.
Lucas didn't react too much and fell back to sleep. But he did dream about Yasmeen.
Lucas opened his eyes lazily and saw a paper plane resting on the windowsill as the sunlight reflected
through the window the next day. The corners of his lips curled up.
He lifted the covers and got up, and went barefoot to the floor-to-ceiling window. The casual, wide-
necked pajamas could not hide his good-looking collarbone and toned pecs, which made Yasmeen
below swallow involuntarily.
Oh!
Was it really a good idea for him to be so sexy in the early morning?
She was about to flirt with Lucas when the sudden sound of a car engine came from the distance.
Instantly, Yasmeen paled.
Who was here?
