Patrick and Aimee had started implementing Nathalie's weight loss plan. She was really overweight,
twice the weight of other children her age. Although her health results were still good, it was hard to say
what will happen if she continued to be so overweight in the future.
However, Patrick bought Nathalie two cakes without Aimee noticing. "Nathalie had a bad day today,"
Patrick said. "This is a comfort for her."
After getting into the car with Aimee, Nathalie put both cakes in her lap. She knew that her dad always
listened to her mom and if she didn't allow Nathalie to eat them, even if they were bought by dad
himself, she wouldn't be able to eat them.
Seeing how protective Nathalie was of the cakes made Aimee even more curious. "What happened?
Who bullied her?"
Patrick didn't know how to answer this question at first because no one bullied Nathalie; it was actually
quite the opposite.
He explained everything to Aimee and tried his best to make her understand his feelings about it all.
Aimee was completely shocked by this news because she had been observing Rosemary recently and
thought that Rosemary would be the first child with a crush on someone - not Ridge since he already
had eyes for Mia.
But now she realized that it was actually Nathalie who had fallen for someone first - something that
seemed impossible in Aimee's mind since she thought of Nathalie as just a little girl who loved food and
couldn't possibly like anyone yet.
This realization left Aimee stunned as she turned towards Nathalie and asked, "Nathalie, can you tell
me why you like that boy?"
"He looks handsome," replied Nathalie nonchalantly.
Aimee looked at Patrick skeptically asking, "Is he really that handsome?"
All of their surrounding children were beautiful dolls whether they were boys or girls so Aimee found it
hard understand why Nathalie would think another child was attractive too?
How pretty did this boy have to be?
Of course, Aimee didn't think it was impossible for there to be children who were more beautiful than
the ones around them. She just believed that if everyone around them was that beautiful, then they
wouldn't be too surprised.
