His Eagle Eyes on Me

Chapter 3051

Hayden mentioned building a family together in a really subtle way, but she liked that about him.

"I think you're right," she agreed.

If Hayden was confident of their compatibility, she would certainly place her confidence in it as well. Since he needed a wife and a mother for his children, she would be a good wife and a good mother.

Even if it was not for Hayden's sake, Shelly would strive for a better life, work hard to find her own happiness, and be a good wife and mother to her children. However, by choosing to be with Hayden, she had even more reason to live a fulfilling life.

Soon, Hayden's breathing became rhythmic and Shelly carefully climbed off him, feeling hesitant as to whether she should stay or go.

She knew that Hayden would not be against her leaving, but it would be embarrassing if someone saw them. However, she quickly realized that the focus should not be on how others saw or thought of them, but on her own feelings; her feelings were simple and straightforward: she wanted to stay and sleep next to Hayden.

Once she made up her mind, she lay down next to Hayden, savoring his unique scent, and imagined their beautiful future as she peacefully fell asleep.

The next morning, Shelly woke up at seven in the morning.

Upon waking up, the first thing she saw was Hayden's face.

Memories of what happened last night and their conversation flooded back to her.

On one hand, she felt happy, but on the other hand, she felt somewhat awkward as their intimate actions and conversation the night before had taken place in the dim light of the lamp. She had not even been able to see Hayden's face clearly.

As she contemplated whether to lie back down and wait for Hayden to wake up so they could get up together or if she should leave now, Hayden opened his eyes.

A flicker of surprise flashed in Hayden's eyes when he saw Shelly, but he immediately regained his composure upon remembering the events of the night before. "Did you sleep well last night?" He spoke first, breaking the silence.

Shelly nodded. "And you?"

"I slept well enough." Hayden sat up and noticed there was a blanket draped over him, which was not his.

"It was a

chilly at night, and your

blanket is too thin, so I used mine to

cover you. Weren't you cold last

night?" Shelly retrieved her blanket,

neatly folding it.

"I wasn't cold." Hayden caught a whiff of fragrance from her blanket. "Is this the blanket you usually use?"

Shelly nodded. "I wasn't planning on

bringing it, thinking that it would be

enough to sleep in my coat since we were only staying one night, but my mom insisted that I bring a blanket, saying it's uncomfortable to sleep in a coat."

"Your mom loves you."

"All moms love their children." Shelly smiled and asked, "Can we open up the tent now?"Copyright Nôv/el/Dra/ma.Org.

Hayden nodded. "Once you've put away your blanket, we'll go to the hammam from last night to freshen up and have breakfast."

"They provide breakfast there, too?" Shelly was surprised.

"As long as you pay enough, you can get any service you want," Hayden said.

Shelly blushed as she held her blanket and walked out of the tent.

Coincidentally, the Vice President and a few other admins were nearby and turned to look at her as she stepped outside. They smiled at her and said, "Morning, Miss Taylor!" en.swhovels.net

Shelly held her blanket with one hand and tugged her hair behind her car with another, before greeting them as well, "Morning!"

"Is Mr. Tate up?" The Vice President asked.

"Yeah," she said.

He nodded. "What do you feel like eating? You can call Eliam. I think he just went to get breakfast."

"It's fine. We are going to take a shower la—"

Before Shelly could finish, Hayden stepped out of the tent and everyone started giggling.

Shelly fell silent, wondering why they were laughing.
