Chapter 573 Seeing Olivia
Chapter 573 Seeing Olivia
"Eunice, let's just go home! You don't have to do this! You might just end up getting yourself hurt!"
At first, Eunice thought of tailing Rhys on her own. That being said, she was worried that she might turn
tail halfway. So, she asked Selma, her best friend, to tag along.
"I'll be fine. I just really want to see what kind of woman he really likes."
With a tight grip on the steering wheel, Eunice stared intently at the door of the high-end restaurant
right across the road from where they were watching. She was anxiously trying to pull herself together
and preparing to walk in.
Heaving a heavy sigh, Selma patted the back of her hand and said, "Eunice, men are all like him. They
long for something that they don't have. Just trust me on this. I'll stay here with you, and you can watch
all you want, but please don't go inside. Okay?"
Selma was afraid that Eunice might end up causing a stir inside the restaurant once she witnessed with
her very own eyes that her husband was having an affair.
That being said, Selma wasn't able to calm Eunice down. Eunice had put on a disguise before going
inside. Putting on a pair of dark sunglasses, she opened the door and headed out.
Caught between a rock and a hard place, Selma had no choice but to go after her.
This restaurant was a nice place to dine in for couples in particular. It was well-known for the lovely
atmosphere inside. Fresh beautiful roses of various colors adorned each table. The entire hall was
filled with lovebirds sitting on tables as they whispered sweet nothings to each other. NôvelDrama.Org owns this text.
After a while of looking around, Eunice finally spotted her husband with a young girl, hidden at a table
for two in a deep corner.
Based on the way she looked, she was probably still in her early twenties. It wasn't like she had any
outstanding features at all, however, her tiny frame could easily entice other people to keep her safe at
all times. Every time she smiled, she looked truly lovely.
Selma was quick on her feet as she pulled Eunice to sit on a nearby table. At that moment, she tried
her best to help Eunice remain composed. At least at that point, they still hadn't done anything yet.
Everything seemed normal, as though they were only having dinner together. Right now wasn't a good
time for Eunice to be making a fuss out of it.
Eunice was forced to take a seat against her will. So, she quickly brought out her tiny cosmetic mirror
to keep an eye on them through the reflection in the mirror.
Eunice saw how happy Rhys was from the smile on his face, something she hadn't seen for a very long
time.
"Honey, I got this for you..."
Rhys took out a renowned brand's latest limited edition lipstick out of his pocket and handed it over to
her. "I happened to pass by a mall yesterday, so I went inside to get it just for you! I think this color
would really compliment your face and look really good on your lips. You'll probably be even more
beautiful than you already are!"
"Why did you bother giving me a gift again? I understand that you're rich and all, but you really
shouldn't be wasting money like that..."
"Gifts for you would never be a waste. And even if they were, I still wouldn't mind."
Despite complaining about it, she still grabbed it from his hand and accepted his gift. Then, she planted
a kiss on his cheek and tenderly whispered in his ear, "Well, anything that you get for me, I'm sure I will
like it! Thank you for this, Rhys. I really appreciate it."
"Ha-ha, my sweetie, I don't think one kiss is going to be enough to show your appreciation..."
Rhys blurted out as he pulled her closer by holding her chin. Then, he went ahead and kissed her back
on the lips.
"You shouldn't do that, other people might notice!" She quickly pushed him away and gently touched
her lips in surprise. With her face flushed red, she shot him a bashful look.
"Olivia, there's no reason for you to feel ashamed. Back when we were staying at the hotel last time,
you didn't even feel a bit shy when you made me work hard on you..." Rhys gave her a sly look and
swiftly kissed her cheek.
Lying in his arms, Olivia curled her lips and protested, "Humph, when we were doing it on the balcony,
people passing by almost noticed us. What are you gonna do if someone saw us and told your wife?
I don't want to be separated from you. Olivia wants to always be by your side forever and ever..."
Hearing her honeyed words, Rhys held her even tighter by the waist and kissed her one more time.
"Honey, there's no need for you to worry about it. For as long as I want to be with you, no one could
ever hope to stop me from doing so. Besides, she doesn't even care about me at all. But enough about
that. Let's not talk about her right now. I feel so sick just by hearing her name!"
"You shouldn't be saying that. Have you forgotten that she is the daughter of the bank director? You
should be extra careful. Making her angry won't do you any good," she exclaimed as she was poking a
finger against his chest. Then, she softened her voice and added, "As for me, you don't have to worry. I
already feel contented that you could come to see me every now and then."
The way she was so down-to-earth could almost melt his heart. "My sweetie pie, why are you being so
good to me? I'm starting to think that I don't deserve any of it."
Hearing that made Rhys want to cherish her even more.
"That's because I am a woman. Women like me should be delicate and feminine. Men like you are
always working so hard all the time. Women shouldn't be giving men even more pressure when they're
together...
If I was deliberately being difficult even after you'd spent the entire day working so hard, you would get
so drained. I don't want to make the man I love feel even more tired,"
she said as she lightly breathed on his neck. Then she grabbed her wineglass. However, before she
could even take a sip of it, Rhys grabbed a hold of her hand and drank the whole glass empty.
"You're so mean! Why are you drinking my wine?"
Olivia complained as she gently pounded his chest with her fist.
As soon as she said that, Rhys kissed her lips and poured the wine inside his mouth to her mouth.
Olivia hated to admit it, but she actually felt quite amused. So, she gently pounded his chest again as
she swallowed the wine.
As all of that was happening, Eunice was quietly watching as she sat in front of them.
Trembling in intense anger, she kept an extremely tight grip on the mirror in an attempt to hold back her
anger and keep it all in.
"Eunice..."
Noticing that Eunice's face was boiling red with towering rage, Selma felt so afraid and called out to
her. Glancing over at the couple sharing a kiss in that room filled with people, she couldn't help but
shake her head in disappointment. This time, it was a bit too much. Rhys had seriously crossed the
line.
He was married, and they even have a kid. So, he shouldn't kiss another woman in public where
everyone could see.
But it appeared as though he didn't feel the least bit guilty of being unfaithful to his wife whatsoever.
At that point, Eunice was already fuming with unthinkable rage. She clenched her fist and tried her best
to hold back her anger. When the tears came rolling down her cheek in silence, she couldn't take it
anymore, so she quickly sprung up from her seat in anger.
It was obvious that she had already blown a fuse.
But in spite of that, she knew full well that she couldn't face them head-on right now.
Let's say that she was able to stop him from seeing this girl right now, there was no way for her to
make sure that he wouldn't do it again in the future.
Even if he were to dump this one, he would most definitely find another one so easily.
With that in mind, Eunice gasped for air. It took the best of her just to hold herself back and keep her
anger in check. "Selma, we're leaving!"
Eunice was shaking as she walked out of the restaurant.
When they got back to the car, Selma made it a point to make Eunice take the passenger seat. She
took the car keys from her and was gonna drive this time.
It was easy for Selma to tell that Eunice was not in the right state of mind to be a driver.
"Selma, don't go just yet! Let's wait in here for a while. I want to take a photo of them when they walk
out of the restaurant..."
"Eunice, what do you intend to do?"
With a devilish grin on her face, she replied, "Do you actually think I'm just going to sit back and watch
in silence as they are doing this to me?
You saw yourself how much he likes that girl named Olivia, right? Then, I am going to ruin her. Do you
think he could still like her once she turned into a whore?"
Selma was at such a loss for words. "Eu-Eunice..."
Staring at the evil expression she was wearing right now, the memory of Eunice's pretty face when she
just got married suddenly cropped up in Selma's mind.
It was true that she had always been such an arrogant woman, but she had never been as evil as she
was being right now.

Meanwhile, it was a little past noon.
Violet dropped Cody off at the An Manor after having lunch with him.
Carla instructed the servants to take good care of Cody, so they all played around with him. On the
other hand, Sally had been taking a nap after lunch time.
When she was sure everything was set, Carla went her way and went out with Violet.
Terence sent Rainer to pick the ladies up. As for him, he left with Nathan after he was done with work.
It didn't take too long for them to get to the meeting place.
Terence arrived there ahead of everyone. The moment Carla stepped out of the car, she noticed a big
boy who was standing right beside Terence.
A great big smile crept onto her face as she walked over toward them.
"Sean!"
