“40 million dollars is just pocket change?" Troy could not help but laugh.

Who in Grayvale would dare to say something so bold?

Even the richest person in Grayvale would not dare say such a thing.

"Since it's just pocket change for you, please do pay up, Mr. Fox," Troy said icily.

"Troy, Dustin was just joking. Please don't take it to heart. Could you please do something about this contract?" Shawna asked anxiously. "Shawna, I'm sorry. The contract has been signed. This is legally binding. I have no way of helping," Troy said in a fake sad tone.

"If you want to blame someone, you can only blame Mr. Fox for being too arrogant. He didn't even blink before signing that contract." Shawna and Maisie both looked pressed.

"I told you that 40 million dollars is nothing," Dustin said slowly. "I can use my card for it, but I'm afraid your company doesn't have something that can accept it."

"Haha. Mr. Fox, you must be joking," Troy smiled. "We have the most advanced card machine here. It accepts all cards from banks in Lovellia regardless of size. We also accept all the main international banks. As long as you have money in your account, we will be able to accept it."

After he said that, Troy asked someone to bring a card machine.

"Here you go."

Dustin chuckled. He extracted a card from his pocket.

It was a purple and gold colored card, with some words and a logo.

It was a card from the largest foreign bank, Worldwide Bank.

Troy froze when he saw the card.

"I'm quite well-informed. I've seen all the cards from Worldwide Bank. However, I've never seen this strange card of yours, Mr. Fox," Troy said and sniggered.

He still thought that Dustin was pretending to be rich to afford the villa.

"You haven't seen it because you don't have the proper qualifications," Dustin said. "It doesn't mean it can't be used. Let's just try it."

Troy frowned. His face had a forbidding look. He had the sales agent swipe the card through the machine.

The notification stunned everyone in the room.

This was the first time such a thing had happened.

"Our card reader is a special one with unique authorization. It can accept payments of up to nine figures. How is it possible that it can't read the balance amount?" The sales agent was flabbergasted.

There was no way there were several billion dollars in that account!

"Try again," Troy said darkly.

The sales agent did as she was told.

The sales agent tried several times, but the result was still the same.

"I told you that the machine wouldn't be able to accept it," Dustin said mockingly.

"Try again!" Troy ordered coldly.

The sales agent had no choice but to keep trying.

Suddenly, the special card reader started smoking and made a stuttering sound. It was broken.

Troy's face stiffened. He looked livid.

"Your card must be a fake

His purple gold card was very different from the other Worldwide Bank cards.

This card had been specially made for him by Worldwide Bank. Thus, there was only one like it in the entire world.

Worldwide Bank had a rule that the purple goal card could not be used immediately. It had to go through some procedures first.

"Are you trying to cause a scene in

the sales office of West River Institute? Troy stopped trying to be professional. "If you don't pay the 40 million dollars today, don't even thinkabout walking out of here!"

Dustin's face turned icy.

"It's not my fault you can't accept the money. Why are you shouting?" Dustin said.

Troy's face darkened. He was about to lose it.

"Get another card machine," Dustin told the sales agent.

Soon, a brand-new card machine was presented to him.

Dustin took out another card and swiped it through the machine.
