Benjamin watched her quietly.
After a long time, he let go of her, gently leaned against the back of the leather chair and closed his
eyes slightly.
He seemed so tired.
Madelyn couldn't say anything to blame him, instead, she just turned aside to look at him.
After a while, Benjamin got up and pressed a button. The roof slid off and was replaced by a piece of
dark blue glass. The stars in the night sky were extraordinarily bright in the mountains...
Benjamin leaned back and didn't say anything, and he just looked up at the night sky intently.
Madelyn was about to ask him a question when she was grabbed by him.
She was forced to lean on his shoulder. Smelling the unique woody fragrance of his body, Madelyn's
face was sort of blushing.
"Stay with me for a while!" Benjamin's voice was hoarse.
Madelyn couldn't refuse!
She didn't know if all successful men were inclined to show their weakness, or if all women would take
that, but Benjamin had helped her, therefore, when he was tired and fragile, she couldn't push him
away.
Probably since she had been silent for such a long while, Benjamin asked her in a low voice, "What are
you thinking?"
"No...nothing!" Madelyn's mind was wandering.
Either of them spoke afterwards, and they just held each other quietly.
Benjamin was so charming that it would be hard for Madelyn to resist. She didn't push him away
hypocritically, but quietly wrapped her hands around his waist.
Madelyn was immersed in the smell of him. She had to admit that Benjamin had brought her a sensory
stimulation that she never experienced even when she was with Daniel in the past. If she was not
troubled by family chaos, she would be willing to start a romantic story with Benjamin as she was
single.
But the relationship between them was too implicated, which made it impossible for them to be
together!
She thought all the things in a daze, and fell asleep in his arms.
Benjamin lowered his head and looked at Madelyn in his arms.
He felt she was nestling in his arms very lightly and softly, with long brown hair scattering on her

Madelyn was adorable, not glamorous and dizzling, but mild and attractive.
She was the kind of woman that was suitable for keeping at home!
Benjamin was a bit tired after having been working for so many days, so he closed his eyes lightly.

Madelyn had never done anything intimate with a man before, and she didn't know that it was normal
for men to be like this when they woke up. She bit her lips helplessly, and dare not move.
In the dark car, Benjamin's eyes were burning.
Madelyn asked in a hoarse voice, "What time is it?"
She could feel the hot air Benjamin was breathing against her ear, "It's almost one o'clock in the
morning! I'll take you home later."
Madelyn dare not move, and she had to obediently lie in his arms.
Benjamin suddenly chuckled, which meant he was in a better mood now. He scratched her face softly
with his slender fingers, "Why are you so obedient? Ms. Green, are you repaying me, or enjoying
yourself now?"
Madelyn was sort of ashamed to be seen throught by him! She ignored him, and moved directly to the
passenger seat... Benjamin snorted softly and glanced at her.
Madelyn's face was blushing, and she tried to disguise her awkwardness by saying, "Mr. Clark, please
take me home."
Benjamin saw that her face was slightly flushed.
He was surprised somehow. Madelyn and Daniel had been together for four years, so she was
supposed to be experienced in such thing. But why did she always feel awkward?
Benjamin's heartstring was struck by Madelyn. He was indeed interested in her.
He sent Madelyn home. The address was not the high-end apartment but a dilapidated residential
area. Madelyn said softly, "Here is where I'm living. Thank you, Mr. Clark."
Benjamin lowered the car window, looked over at the building outside, and then turned his eyes to
Madelyn's thin body.
In fact, he knew well about how much she had endured, but she didn't take the opportunity to ask him
for help today.
For a moment, Benjamin felt pity for her.
He even wanted to make an exception to help her!
But this thought had just flashed across his mind. In his eyes, they were not close enough for him to do
so for her.
