“Where are you off too ..” Adia asked, sitting up on the bed, as she leaned against the headrest, watching Sebastian getting dressed. These days he’s been so distant, always up with one thing or the other.
“I have something to deal with..” he replied, putting on a shirt.
“Let me help with the buttons…” Adia offered, as she made way to climb off the bed.
“Stay there, I’ll come to you…” he stopped her, and he walked to the bed.
Adia knelt on the bed, as she made way to fix his button,
“Are you going with someone?” He questioned, as she secretly admired his toned body, he’s so perfect.
“Yes, Beau is coming along…” replied Sebastian,
“Oh…” Adia nodded, recollecting what Beau Gerald has made her go through in the past, that man made her see hell, and she hates him till date, she’ll forever dislike him for pulling that stunt and thankfully he has not approached her since she came to britaris.
“Come back soon…” she muttered, reaching out for his lips, as she pecked him.
“Seb..” she called softly, fixing his collars.
“Mm, hmm”
“We haven’t decided on a name yet..” she informed, he’s not been talking to her, just good morning kisses and then he’s out, when he returns at night, she’ll already be asleep.
“What name?” His brows furrowed curiously,
“You’ve got to be kidding me..” Adia said in a frown. All text © NôvelD(r)a'ma.Org.
“Why do I feel like you’re avoiding me?” Question Adia, as she sat back on the bed, he’s trying to avoid talking about somethings with her.
“I’m not Adia..” he assured, sitting beside her, placing her neck on his shoulders, as he held her hands with his.
“Why do you say so?”
“You don’t speak to me about somethings, and Marcel has not been coming for three days now, why?” She asked, he’s hiding something from her.
“It’s nothing Adia…” he said calmly, if he tells her anything, she’ll only worry herself to death.
“You can’t tell me that it’s nothing?” She frowned, removing her hands from his, as she folded her arms.
“Don’t worry, I promise to tell you everything when it’s sorted out, hmm…” he promised, Marcel has stopped infusing blood in her, because they had noticed something unstable, the baby’s heartbeat were getting faint, which means they simply means they’re getting weaker, and the only conclusion they could get to was that it was the effect of the blood.
He’s not going to tell her that now, because she’ll worry herself to death, if there’s one thing she’ll die to protect, that’s the children she’s expecting, so he’s not going to tell her that.
“Okay..” she agreed, not wanting to stall things.
“But we have to decide on the names when you come back..” she said, as he nodded,
“Alright, we’ll do that tonight, when I return, take care..” he pecked her cheeks, standing up from the bed, as he walked out of the room.

..
Adia was about to close her eyes to sleep when she heard a knock on her door.
“Come in…” she invited sitting up, as the door knob turned, the door opened slowly, and Eloise walked in, with a can in her hands.
“Eloise..” Adia called with a smile, surprised to see her. She’s not seen her since the first time they met, the day she acted so strange.
“Please come in..” she beckoned as Eloise closed the door behind her.
“Hi Adia ..” she waved walking to Adia.
“How are you doing today?” Questioned Eloise standing a few meters away from Adia.
“I’m doing great, please sit..”
“Thanks…” Eloise smiled widely sitting at the edge of the bed near Adia.
“I came to apologize…” she began, and Adia gave her a weird look.
“For what?”
“For that day, I must have scared you with my words, I’m so sorry..” she apologized sincerely, she couldn’t control herself then, she just hoped Asia wouldn’t tell her husband about that day, because he would surely suspect her and question her.
“It’s nothing…” Adia chuckled, she had longed forgotten about that day.
“You’ve forgiven me?” Eloise raised a brow at her.
“I was never angry..” Adia giggled,
“Thanks Adia..”
“Here…” Eloise handed her the can in her hand, as Adia collected it, staring at it curiously.
“What is this?” Adia asked, wondering what the contents were.
“Milk..” Eloise replied,
“Milk?” Adia brows furrowed,
“Yes, I made it myself, take that as a token of my apology..” she said, smiling warmly at Adia.
“But Adia…”
“Please take it and tell me how it tastes, it’s my first try, my sister usually makes this for me at home, it’s a home recipe..”
“Please don’t refuse, don’t worry it’s safe..” she quickly added,
“Alright..” Adia obliged, opening the can as she took a sip from the milk.
“How’s it?” Eloise asked eagerly,
“It’s good..” Adia replied taking another sip, it’s actually very good and tasty.
“Yeah..”Eloise exclaimed,
“I know you’d like this…” she said happily,
“How did you make this?” Adia questioned, she really likes the taste of it, for some strange reason it was refreshing and seemed to have calmed her down.
“Oh, the essential ingredient there is goat milk..” she replied,
‘ and a little spell..’ she said in her head, the milk Eloise gave Adia was actually made with a spell, its purpose was to take her pain away, and make her feel much better, at least for now.
“Wow, it’s really good…” Adia praised taking another gulp.
“You like it right?” Eloise queried,
“Yes, I like it…”
“I can always make more, if that’s okay with you?” She offered,
“If you say so..” Adia shrugged her shoulders,
“Okay, I’ll endeavor to make you milk every morning..’ Eloise said happily as Adia chuckled.
“Thanks Eloise…”
“It’s nothing, I’ll get going, have some rest..” she stated, collecting the can from Adia.
“Okay, I will…”
“Bye…”Eloise waved, striding out of the room, as Adia watched her leave, feeling kind of better, she laid on the bed, going to sleep.
