Chapter 822 Your Way out
Chapter 822 Your Way out
As a result, she spent four years in jail.
She suddenly felt it was ironic.
She looked at Felix and asked him in a low voice, "Do you really think that I pushed her?"
Felix said coldly, "Everyone saw it."
Queeny suddenly laughed.
Her laugh sounded so ironic and sad. She sat there quietly like a pale kite.
She said softly, "You didn't trust me four years ago, but I thought you came to me again and forced me
to stay because you realized you were wrong and wanted to make up to me. I thought you would at
least want me to accept you again."
"But it turns out that I was wrong about this. Someone who didn't trust me will never trust me because
of the time passed or what happened."
"Felix, I don't hate you at all. I just think it's ridiculous. You can never see clearly what everyone else
can see."
She paused as if she didn't even have the strength to say one more word.
She didn't want to explain anymore.
Everyone fell silent.
Queeny didn't want to stay here. She turned to Ella and said, "Let's go."
Ella answered yes and they left together.
The castle was noisy that night.
In the middle of the night, there was still the sound of people coming and going and a woman crying in
the subsidiary building.
Queeny knew that Bella's maids were busy serving her and that Bella was crying to Felix.
She sat in front of the French window in her bedroom looking outside with mixed feelings.
She was somewhat hopeful when she agreed to stay.
So many things had happened and she and Felix had misunderstood each other many times. She was
tired and wanted to leave them behind.
She thought it would be good if they could really put the past behind them and start over.
But now she realized that very few people in this world could start over.
The past was like a thorn in her heart.
She usually seemed fine, but the thorn would always remind her how much it hurt at the crucial
moment.
Queeny closed her eyes.
After a long time, she took out her phone and made a call.
"Hello, Eight, it's Queeny. Do me another favor."
At the same time.
Bella was sitting in bed with her head down.
In the evening, the doctor quickly gave her a CPR, and when she came to her senses, Felix had her
sent back to her room.
She changed her clothes, had some warm water, and was sitting there waiting for Felix to punish her.
She knew Felix didn't believe her.
As to why he cooperated with her in the evening, she was not sure.
With this in mind, she couldn't help but look up at him.
He was sitting on the sofa indifferently.
She was a little guilty. After a moment, she whispered, "Felix, what's wrong?"
Felix asked in a low voice, "Why did you do that?"
Bella froze.
She realized that he was asking about the evening and bit her lip.
"We made a bet, didn't we? You agreed that I could test Queeny for you to see if she still loved you
before I approach Zaccardi."
Felix sneered, "Is that how you do it?"
Bella straightened up.
"So how do you want me to find out? If a woman loves a man, the most obvious evidence is that she’d
get jealous. The more jealous she is, the more she loves you. Otherwise..."
She paused and looked at him cautiously.
"Otherwise, she doesn't love you."
Felix sneered again, "So do you think she still loves me?"
Bella gave a wry smile.
"You wouldn't be upset if I told you the truth, would you?"
Felix didn't say anything.
Bella could only say honestly, "I don't know what she thinks, but what she did tells me she doesn't care
much for you."
Felix frowned slightly.
Bella continued, "Think about it. When you misunderstood her, she didn't get excited or try to explain,
which means she doesn't care how you see her. Maybe she's indifferent and it's just her normal
reaction, but she helped a maid at noon, so why is she so indifferent to you?"
On hearing that, Felix frowned.
Bella noticed it and added fuel to the fire.
"You used to be so ruthless to her. If I were her, I'd hate you. How could she possibly still love you after
all you went through?"
Felix sneered.
"Who told you I wanted her to love me?"
Bella froze.
Well, men were all reluctant to admit their feelings.
But it was not bad because they were more likely to misunderstand each other.
With this in mind, Bella rolled her eyes and said, "How about I apologize to her tomorrow? Since you
don't want her to be upset, maybe she'll cheer up after I apologize to her."
However, Felix's face darkened.
He said coldly, "You are not allowed to see her again."
After that, he stood up and headed toward the door.
Bella was disappointed. However, Felix suddenly stopped in his tracks and said, "Zaccardi's mother's
birthday is in five days and I'll take you there. You know what to do." Text © by N0ve/lDrama.Org.
Bella's heart thumped.
She said in shock, "Five days?"
Her countenance changed when she realized what she had said and she looked at him nervously.
"Didn't you say I could test her for you and leave after we got the results?"
Felix turned back and gave her a cold look.
He sneered, "Do you really think that we make a bet because I didn't know if she loved me or not?"
Bella froze.
Then Felix said in a cold voice.
"I knew her when she was eight. I know exactly what's on her mind and I don’t need anyone to tell me
what she thinks. I made a bet with you only because I was interested and wanted to see her jealous.
I've got what I want."
"As for the bet, forget it. You never have a chance to win, so you'd better give up. Focus on Zaccardi
and maybe you'll find your way out."
