Three Year To Love (Emma Johnson and Ethan Carter)

3 Year Love Novel 5

Instead, Ethan Carter looked over at Emma Johnson, his handsome brow furrowed slightly, a thoughtful look in his deep eyes.

""No need."

Emma knew exactly what Olivia Brooks had in mind. She didn't want to witness any more of their lovemaking, and she didn't want to give them any chance to hurt her.

Emma walked over to them and picked up the divorce papers, reading them carefully.

The cell phone rang. Ethan Carter pulled it out, looked at it, then stood up and walked towards the balcony.

"Emma, I really appreciate how you've taken care of Ethan these past three years. Ethan and I are getting married soon, so if you're free, you can come to our wedding," Olivia said smugly.

"I'm surprised you've stuck around for three years, too. But no matter how long it takes, Ethan still only likes me." A mocking look spread across Olivia's face. "If I were you, I'd have left in disgrace." ""You're right."

Emma looked at her expressionlessly as Ethan returned.

Olivia immediately changed her demeanor, looking aggrieved. "Emma, I know how you feel about Ethan, but I love him too. I can't let you have him. I'm so sorry."

Emma felt Ethan's cold gaze. Too lazy to explain, she directly signed her name on the divorce agreement.

She met Ethan's eyes and said in an indifferent tone, "I've signed the divorce papers. Goodbye."

Never again!

From now on, she would start her life over, forget the past, and erase his existence.

Watching the back of Emma's determined departure, Ethan was lost in thought for a moment. An inexplicable anger surged in the bottom of his heart, giving him an impulse to pull her back.

Five years later.

At the airport in New York City, a dazzling figure attracted many people's attention. She was dressed in a red halter dress, covered with a black jacket adorned with fine diamonds, and stepped on nearly ten-centimeter silver high-heeled shoes, exuding style as she walked.

With chestnut-colored wavy hair and

black sunglasses covering most of

her face, her smooth and full

forehead and attractive red lips were enough to show her stunning beauty.

The cell phone rang. The woman picked up the phone.

"Hello?"

"Emma, baby, where are you?!"

"In front of the airport."

As soon as she said that, she caught a glimpse of a figure running towards her, who immediately hugged her.

"You're finally willing to return to the United States! You have no idea how much I missed you!" Summer Thompson complained with dissatisfaction.

Emma patted her on the back. "Well, I'm back home, aren't I?"

They had met in France, and it was Summer, this simple and kind-hearted young lady, who had helped her during the most difficult time.

Thanks to her, she was able to survive a difficult labor, and because of her, she met James Anderson, entered his studio to study, and became what she is today.

It's been two years since Summer finished her studies and returned to the United States to work for her company.

Summer glanced behind Emma. "How long are you going to stay this time?"

"Depending on the progress of my work, I guess it will be a long time. But as soon as the work is over, I'll go back to France."

Summer's eyes lit up with excitement. "Really? That's great!"

Forty minutes later.

The two of them arrived at the entrance of the hotel to attend tonight's business gala. Emma had just entered when she was spotted by the sharp-eyed host of the gala.

He was a partner of James' studio, who had met Emma in France and admired her design talent so much that he was willing to pay a lot of mone to bring her back to the US, but Emma had never agreed

"Alin!"

He came over excitedly and pulled Emma onto the stage, where she froze.

"I'd like to introduce to you all, this is the internationally acclaimed Gold Medal Designer, Alin!"
