Your Love Is My Weapon

Chapter 370

Chapter 370

In Xavier's opinion, it would be good if money could solve Orlando's issue.

Orlando wanted to say that he regretted it. He was just too impulsive just now.

But Xavier didn't give him a chance. Instead, Xavier agreed quickly.

Arya could tell that there were issues between Xavier and Orlando, but she didn't know exactly what it

was.

"Orlando, do you have any dissatisfaction against me? Just say it."

Orlando looked at Arya and said. "No, thank you for being so generous. I'll accept it."

After that, he left.

Arya was a little worried and stopped him, "Orlando."

Orlando waved his hand without turning around. "I'm fine. Sorry for leaving you alone today."

Originally, he came to accompany her. After all, she had just lost her family, but...

He smiled bitterly. It was okay. After all, he knew it was impossible to be with her. It was not good for

anyone if he insisted.

At this moment, Xavier's phone rang. He checked it and found it was Jacob. He looked at Arya. "Sit in

the lounge for a while."

Later, she had to see off the people who came to offer their condolences.

She would be very exhausted, so she had to rest more now.

"I'm here. You can leave first." Caspar said.

Xavier nodded slightly and walked aside to answer the phone.

Caspar held Arya. "How did you get the injury on your leg? It looks serious."

Arya just said that she accidentally knocked it.

Since she was in a bad mood, Caspar didn't ask anymore.

"Caspar." Laura stood not far away from them. She went to the bathroom but saw Caspar and Arya

together. Caspar even held Arya's arm. It seemed like they were on good terms.

Caspar frowned slightly as if he was not happy to see her.

Laura greeted Arya first. "Mrs. Jones, my condolences."

Arya nodded. She looked at Caspar and asked him to let go of her. "Take your time."

Caspar refused. "I'm not familiar with her."

Caspar's refusal made Laura feel embarrassed. She raised her head, "Caspar, we're not familiar. At

most, we sleep together..."

Caspar's face darkened. He strode over and pulled her aside. "Do you know where you are? How dare

you?"

Laura knew she was wrong. "You denied that you know me first. I'm not a bad guy. I just wanted to say

thank you. I was drunk last time and thank you for sending me home."

"No need." Caspar turned around and was about to leave.

Laura grabbed him. "Why do you hate me so much?"

"I don't," Caspar said perfunctorily.

"Then why are you avoiding me?"

Caspar looked back at her and said solemnly, "Miss Woody, we don't know each other. I'm not

escaping from you. I just don't want to have any relations with you, okay?"

"Including friendship?"

"Yes."

"Why?"

"There is no reason. I just don't want to get in touch with you, okay?" Caspar's words were resolute,

giving Laura no chance to refute.

Laura was so angry that her face blushed. "Am I ugly?"

"Don't be unreasonable. It will be disgusting."

"But you've caused me trouble."

Caspar's frown deepened. "Did I trouble you?"

"Yes." Laura looked up at him. "You sent me home that day. My parents thought you were my blind

date and were satisfied with you..."

"That's ridiculous." Caspar didn't want to say to her anymore.

He left.

Laura was reluctant. Why was he so cold?

Did he still love his ex-wife?

But if he loved her so much, why did he divorce?

She decided to find it out.

It was already five in the afternoon when Xavier and Jacob were busy delivering Cullen's body.

Arya stood for a few more hours in the afternoon. Her legs hurt. She sat in a chair to rest. Laura didn't

leave with Mr. Woody. After everyone left, she sneaked in to find Arya.

Arya didn't know her very well, so she didn't say anything when she saw her come in.

Laura introduced herself first. "My name is Laura, and Mr. Woody is my father."

Arya said softly, "What's the matter?"

Laura sat beside her and said directly. "I see you are familiar to Caspar."

Arya did not deny it.

Laura looked at her carefully and said tentatively, "Do you know about him and his ex-wife?"

Arya took a look at Laura. "It is his private matter. I can't say much. If you want to know, it's better to

ask him."

Laura pouted. "I asked him, but he didn't want to say it."

"We all have things we don't want to talk about."

Laura agreed. "It should be unpleasant. That's why he doesn't want to talk about it."

Xavier walked in. "Let's go."

Arya stood up and walked towards Xavier.

Laura also stood up and looked at Xavier. "I once have gone to the Jones Family. Do you remember

me?"

Xavier seemed to have no impression and left with Arya in his arms. Text © owned by NôvelDrama.Org.

Arya always felt that Laura wasn't just asking.

Sitting in the car, Arya looked at Xavier. "Do you know her? When did her come?"

Xavier looked ahead and said faintly, "Unimportant person."

"I want to know."

It wasn't that she didn't trust Xavier, nor did she have any doubts, but she just didn't like him to keep

silent when he knew it.

Xavier looked sideways at her. "You really want to know?"

Arya nodded, indicating her position. "Yes."

Xavier put his hand on her shoulder to let her lean on him. "Mom used to be anxious about me getting

married..."

"So she introduced her to you?" Arya frowned and found that there were too many women around

Xavier.

So many that she was scared. What Georgina had done earlier was still on her mind.

She removed Xavier's hand and sat back in her seat, clearly upset.

"Jealous?"

"I'm afraid." Arya rubbed her temples. "Living with you is too tiring."

Xavier held her back. "It's okay." He pressed Arya's hand on his heart, gazed, and rubbed it with

tenderness. "You are the part of my heart that I can't give up. A single look can shake my heart."

Arya looked at him sideways. His firm outline was angular, but now it was tinged with gentleness and

seriousness.

"Xavier..."
