Emotions
“Let’s focus on today,” Anisa said. “I’ll do my best to talk to my mother and convince her to leave my father. We can’t afford to lose this chance.”
Alfonso and Alejandro nodded in agreement. “We’ll be here to support you, Anisa,” Alfonso said.
With determination in their hearts, they waited for Anisa’s mother to arrive at the Hall Book Library, hoping that this crucial meeting would be a turning point in their mission to bring down the criminals who had caused so much pain and suffering……
After few hours Anisa saw her mother entered the Hall Book Library. But she was careful so that she won’t be seen. Because there was a chance that someone followed her mother.
After Almino Ramos trusted tracker was always watching.
Anisa quietly motioned to her team that her mother had arrived, and they all kept a close eye on her mother while maintaining a discreet distance.
The library provided a somewhat safe and private space for their meeting.
Anisa’s mother, Adelina, looked worried and glanced around nervously as she entered. She had clearly sensed the urgency in Anisa’s message.
Anisa approached her mother cautiously, her heart pounding with a mix of anticipation and anxiety.
She needed to convince her mother to leave Ramos and help them expose his criminal activities.
“Mom,” Anisa said softly, “I’m here. I’m safe, but there’s something I need to tell you.”
Adelina’s eyes filled with tears as she saw her daughter. She rushed to Anisa’s side and embraced her tightly. Please check at N/ôvel(D)rama.Org.
“Oh, Anisa, I’ve been so worried about you. What’s going on? Why did you ask me to meet you here?”
Anisa held her mother close and whispered,
“I’ll explain everything, Mom, but first, I need you to listen carefully. It’s about Dad, about Ramos.”
Adelina’s expression grew tense as she pulled back slightly to look at her daughter.
“Ramos? What’s happened?”
Anisa took a deep breath and began to recount the shocking revelations about her father’s involvement in criminal activities, his alliance with Don Rizzo, and the truth about Martinez’s death. She left nothing out, explaining the danger they were all in.
As she spoke, Adelina’s face shifted from shock to disbelief, and then to a mix of fear and anger.
Tears streamed down her cheeks as she realized the depth of deception she had been living with for years.
“I had no idea, Anisa,” Adelina said, her voice trembling. “I never knew he was capable of such things.”
Anisa reached out and held her mother’s hands. “Mom, I need you to understand that we’re in danger. Ramos won’t hesitate to harm you if he finds out you know the truth.”
Adelina nodded, wiping away her tears. “What do we do, Anisa? How do we get out of this?”
Anisa’s resolve hardened. “We have a team, Mom, people who want to bring Ramos and Don Rizzo to justice. But we need your help. We need any information you have that can expose their crimes.”
Adelina nodded again. “I’ll help in any way I can, Anisa. I can’t believe I let this happen.”
Anisa smiled through her own tears. “It’s not your fault, Mom. We’ll make things right, I promise.”
Raven, Alfredo, Alfonso, and Alejandro approached cautiously, making themselves known to Adelina.
Adelina looked at them with a mix of uncertainty and gratitude. “You’re the ones helping my daughter?”
Raven stepped forward and nodded. “Yes, Adelina. We’re here to make sure justice is served. But we need your cooperation.”
“Wait…. it’s you! You were the one that wanted to marry my husband then. But everything went south that day.
I remember how you threatened to poison Ramos’s food. So you’re involved in all these?” Adelina asked.
“Yeah… I am. But there’s no time to explain more details but for now we need to get you to a safe place.” Raven said.
Adelina hesitated for a moment, then nodded. “I’ll do whatever it takes to bring Ramos and Don Rizzo down.”
“But I can’t go with you now.”
“Why?” Anisa asked.
“Why can’t you go with us now mummy?”
“If I go with you guys and Ramos finds out, he would know that it’s you guys who lured me to the library.
So I’ll need to return home with the guards that are outside, because your father refused to allow me come here alone when I told him I needed some books for some things.
He was surprised because I rarely read, but I told him that your brother recommended the books so I decided to go check it out.
But he told me that on one condition would he allow me to leave the mansion and that was if the guards escort me to the library.
So if I don’t follow them back, things could get ugly.” Adelina said.
“I’m still not fond of you Raven, but please protect my daughter and I’ll be in contact with you guys soon.”
“I’ll protect her. You have my word.” Raven said.
Adelina smiled and then focused on her daughter.
“I need you to be safe for me alright. They don’t look like bad people and I guess she wasn’t as bad as I thought she was.
You stay with them. I’ll find a way to reach you when I can.” Adelina said.
Anisa nodded, tears in her eyes as she hugged her mother one last time. “I love you, Mom. Please be safe, and we’ll be waiting for your call.”
Adelina embraced her tightly.
“I love you too, Anisa. Take care of yourself, and trust your new friends. They seem like the only hope we have now.”
With a final farewell, Adelina turned and walked away, escorted by the guards back to the mansion.
Raven, Alfredo, Alfonso, and Alejandro watched Adelina’s departure with mixed emotions.
They knew that the next steps would be crucial, and their mission to expose Ramos and Don Rizzo’s crimes had only just begun.
“Do you think my father wouldn’t suspect my mother?” Anisa asked.
“Let’s hope that wouldn’t be the case. Because if it’s the case then, we have more works in our hands.” Raven said.
As they watched Adelina leave, the team couldn’t help but worry about the possibility that Ramos might suspect her involvement. Anisa’s question hung in the air, a reminder of the uncertainty that lay ahead.
Alfredo spoke, his tone serious.
“We need to be prepared for the worst-case scenario, Anisa. If your father becomes suspicious, he might take drastic measures.”
Raven added,
“We’ll have to keep a close eye on your mother’s safety and be ready to act quickly if needed.”
Alfonso chimed in,
“We have the advantage of surprise for now. He doesn’t know we’re onto him. But that won’t last forever.”
Anisa nodded, her determination unwavering.
“We can’t let fear paralyze us. We have to continue gathering evidence and expose their crimes.”
Alejandro spoke up,
“Let’s regroup and plan our next steps carefully. We have to stay one step ahead of Ramos and Don Rizzo.”
The team left the library.
While on the way, Alejandro’s journalist friend sent a message that the article was ready.
“What article are you guys talking about?” Anisa asked.
“Uh… it contains information about Don Rizzo and your father’s criminal activities but we want to use a popular star like Ariana to get the people’s attention so that they could go through it.” Raven said.
“And we plan to publish this article with a website and that article can not be traced.” Alfredo said.
“But is it possible for the article not to be traced?” Anisa asked.
Alfredo nodded confidently. “Yes, we have a contact who specializes in publishing untraceable articles on the deep web. It’s a safe way to expose the truth without revealing our identities or location.”
Raven added, “And using a popular celebrity like Ariana to share the article will ensure that it gets widespread attention. We need the public on our side.”
Anisa understood the importance of this strategy.
“Okay, let’s do it. We need to expose them and make sure they can’t hide anymore.”
“Are you sure that you’re okay with this?” Raven asked.
“Why did you ask that?” Anisa asked.
“Well… because Ramos is your father.” Raven said.
Anisa took a moment to reflect on Raven’s question. The reality of the situation was hitting her hard, but she was resolute in her decision.
“I may be his daughter, but I can’t stand by and let him continue his criminal activities,” Anisa replied with determination.
“If exposing him is what it takes to bring justice and protect others, then I’m all in.”
Raven nodded, her respect for Anisa growing.
“Your courage is admirable, Anisa. We’re here to support you every step of the way.”
“Yeah, Anisa. You’re really brave.” Alfredo said.
“I need to be if I want to protect my mother and protect my brother from my father.” Anisa said.
With their plan in motion and a newfound determination to expose Ramos and Don Rizzo’s crimes, the team continued on their path, knowing that the road ahead would be filled with challenges and risks.
As they prepared to publish the untraceable article and leverage Ariana’s popularity, they couldn’t help but wonder what the future held.
Anisa had embarked on a journey to uncover the truth about her father and bring him to justice, and she was determined to see it through to the end, no matter the cost.
